Should the event be canceled, please contact the event organizer directly for refunds. However, in these cases, you may be eligible to a refund of the fees you paid for Purchase Protection alone.

If you are filing a claim for coronavirus reason, please read the following.
Please verify that you enrolled in Purchase Protection by providing your Purchase Protection Order ID and Purchase Protection Claim number that was generated from your confirmation email. This email came from Purchase Protection immediately after you registered for your event.
Purchase Protection is not an insurance policy. It is a service by Purchase Protection LLC that will refund you 100% of your event fees, taxes, and dues should you be prevented by unforeseen circumstances from attending the event.
The information you provide must match attendee information on file with Purchase Protection.
Because the event is still scheduled but I can not attend the event because of a reason that falls under the Purchase Protection terms.
My event was canceled due to COVID-19. An event cancellation is outside of our terms but we can refund the fee you pay for coverage.
