It is a service by Purchase Protection LLC that will refund you 100% of your event fees, taxes, and dues should you be prevented by unforeseen circumstances from attending the event. Purchase Protection is currently available on for event organizers using the ticketing and registration platforms of TicketSpice, RegFox, and RedPodium.
**Before submitting a claim, please be sure to read our full terms and conditions for acceptable claims as well as exclusions.**
Please note that Purchase Protection does not issue full refunds should the event be rescheduled or canceled by the organizer, police, act of nature, military conflict, or be canceled because it was illegal or fraudulent. Should the event be canceled, please contact the event organizer directly for refunds. However, in these cases, you may be eligible to a refund of the fees you paid for Purchase Protection alone.
